Clean, functional, modern & free internet. Cleaning of rooms was regular and good. Great location to shopping & quick, short access to mtr.
Could do with more family rooms. Tried to get one but all booked. Had to have 2 rooms instead.

Hotel Benito is strategically located near the shopping malls. It is also convenient to other restaurants.
We had a hard time adjusting the aircon thermostat.

The hotel is very accesible to Tsim sha tsui station, walking distance to Yoshinoya, and other shopping area...like sasa, bonjour,uniqlo,muji... Our room is very clean, airconditioning is ok :

The proximity to MTR and being in one of the busiest shopping areas are the major plus points of the hotel.
Poor internet connection and difficulty accessing the lounge with my room card on the 2nd floor.

It's very close to the mrt Tsim Tsa Shui Station and the room is clean and comfortable.
The only drawback is the hot water shower system in the bath room didn't work well.

The hotel locates in the downtown and very convenient for shopping, eating and to go anywhere in Hong Kong. It is just in front of Exit B2 of the subway station TST. It is very good in location and reasonable in price. The front desk is usually very kind.
It happened that the toilet in my room always has a small trouble. I have to adjust it to stop water after flushing.

Very good location near MTR , Airport bus station, shopping, and eating. And The room is clean & quite modern.
Just wonder that they give us only 2 bottles for the 1st day that we have checked in only.

Great Location, clean place, kind staff, location for, reasonnably spacious room in such location, for just spending the night there.
Slippery bathroom floor tiles, dangerous, I fell.....Very narrow single beds (could be 5cm wider and would still leave enough space). Electrical plugs: only one available for computer and charging phones, needs at least 2 in the room nowadays

Location very convenient for MTR ,buses, shopping n restaurants etc, . Linens,Bathroom and floorings very clean.
Wallpaper due for renewal as there was stains and minor peeling. Curtains need cleaning too. Price for single room should be lower as the room is tiny.

Location is convenient for shopping at the Golden Mile (Nanthan Road). A wide choice of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Quiet and tranquil hotel.
Complementary (two small) bottles of water only for the first night. They forgot to clean behind the toilet dor. The room I stayed in was very small and simple with simple furniture.
